Network strategy will consult with Core services designers when defining multiyear architecture evolution plans. The core services design team will use the long-term plan referred to as the network blueprint complete with annual deliverables to align with the long-term targets. The Core services design team will define the appropriate executable plans and budget requirements to achieve the architecture milestones. Although major core node changes are less frequent than access network, after hour escalation is required with this role serving as a primary management point of contact in the process.
