The Commercial Engineering Platform team is looking to add a manager to a well-established Content Management team within Commercial Engineering Platform group. This position requires someone who is a leader, passionate learner, an out-of-the-box thinker, works well collaboratively across multiple disciplines and is comfortable working with a variety of people and technology stacks. About the Role In this opportunity as a Manager, Content Management Systems you will: Design and Deliver:

  • Build and lead the CMS Platform focusing on a strategy to improve performance and system stability across a multitude of Commercial Engineering applications deployed on the CMS Platform.
  • Have a deep understanding of modern Content Management tools like AEM.
  • Apply your experience of software engineering best practices to impact design and implementation approaches.
  • Create and report on clear metrics for measurement of operational excellence.

Collaborate:
  • Partner with teams to improve customer\xe2\x80\x99s digital experience in AEM
  • Be an evangelist and advocate to push the envelope on what\xe2\x80\x99s possible.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of AEM and DevOps engineers.
  • Act with organization leaders to improve release management practices from lower environments through production.

About You You are fit for the role of a Manager, Content Management Systems if you have:
  • Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes.
  • 6+ years of management experience preferably in the enterprise, content, or digital asset management space
  • Must have handled at least 2-3 large AEM implementation in AEM 6.x. in a leadership role.
  • 6+ years of experience working with the Agile methodology.
  • 6 + years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in working with offshore delivery partners.
  • 6 + years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in overseeing vendor\xe2\x80\x99s CMS processes/practices.Strong Knowledge of AEM architecture & infrastructure considerations for AEM Sites and AEM Assets
  • Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts to effectively leverage AEM
  • Experience in working with Adobe Cloud Manager, XML DITA add-on, Adobe ManagedServices and Cloud (AWS)
  • Experience in application and enterprise architecture, systems integration anddevelopment with knowledge of interactive design specifically AEM
  • Experience in interfacing with business stakeholders, leading demos.
  • Experience in SAP, AEM, Boomi, Salesforce platform is an asset.
