We are looking for a Manager to lead initiatives that uncover insights, improve business decision making and drive innovation with digital data. This role combines technical expertise, business acumen and leadership to deliver impactful data solutions. You will work with stakeholders across teams to provide meaningful insights, enable automation and build analytics capabilities that supports strategic growth.

What will you do?

Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities Dive deep into data to uncover patterns, trends and actionable insights Deliver both descriptive and prescriptive analytics to guide business decisions Identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive and time consuming tasks Build and maintain pipelines, dashboards, and data tables to improve efficiency Apply data science methods to create business value Design, develop and test models for strategic use cases, working closely with partners across the organization Deliver clear, data-driven insights that are relevant and actionable Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports, continuously seeking improvements Bring best practices and initiate new analytical solutions that generate data driven business impact through segmentation, modeling, AI based personalization

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

5+ years of experience in analytics & insights, data science Strong proficiency in Python, SQL (Experience with spark is an asset) Experience with dashboarding Tableau (Experience with PowerBI an asset) Familiarity with GIT and workflow automation tools (Airflow/Rundeck) Solid knowledge of advanced analytics and the application of data science to solve business needs

Nice to have:

One or more of loyalty, agency or consulting background preferred Experience with Cloud Data Platforms such as: Snowflake, Data Bricks, AWS
