Job Description




The Epsilon Data Practice has industry leading data, which we use to uncover insights for our clients and develop audiences for targeted, omni-channel marketing programs. The Consumer Insights (CI) team leads primary research projects with clients and internal partners. It is a small and growing team that give Epsilon Data a strategic advantage and drives direct and cross product revenue. The team also plays a critical role to support two key products in the organization.

Position Summary

Work with CI Director and/or Senior Research Managers to deliver internal research for thought leadership and marketing PR. Critical work functions include partnership with Marketing and Product to develop research plans based on learning and insight needs, research survey development, analysis and reporting. Role will also support client research work as time allows.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Product and Marketing to identify thought leadership topics and manage projects to deliver insights to the internal teams:
  • Scoping, research design and research topics based on project needs
  • Initial design of questionnaire to align with learning goals
  • Analysis and reporting template setup
  • Preparing results into internal summaries of key findings and insights
  • Review of final marketing pieces
  • Liaison/communication with internal teams and partners.
  • Support CI Assistant Manager and CI Coordinator/Programmer on project execution tasks including: survey testing (before fieldwork begins), monitoring fieldwork, and communication with internal and external stakeholders/partners related to fieldwork needs.
  • Support Consumer Insights Director with client specific research projects as needed.
  • Assist with department tracking and evolving processes, as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5 to 8 years experience in consumer quantitative research survey design, analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Great attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive working style, with flexibility to shift priorities based on department evolving needs.
  • Strong skills with excel and ppt software for analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics is an asset.
  • Market research education/training is an asset.
