IGM Financial is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager, Community Engagement. Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, this role will be accountable for building key community partnerships, engaging employees, and driving social impact across the IGM family of companies.

Building and managing project plans, budgets, and reporting on results.

The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will include:

Partnerships & Campaigns

Lead the development and execution of large-scale campaigns and events including IG Walk for Alzheimer's and the IGM Annual Giving Campaign.

Develop and implement employee engagement strategy and programs (donation matching and employee volunteering).

Manage relationships and collaborate with external and internal business partners, particularly HR, Marketing, DEI, and Sustainability teams.

Develop campaign marketing and communication materials that drive engagement.

Program Management

Manage the employee matching and volunteering programs - development of key metrics, budgets, plans and reporting.

Manage administration of community giving software.

Support driving awareness and activation around community and employee programs.

Support quarterly, annual and ongoing reporting on key metrics to drive results and value.

Ensures all compliance and regulatory requirements are observed and maintained.

Support IGM social impact strategy implementation focused on building financial literacy and confidence as well as increasing diversity and inclusion in financial services.

The following qualifications will assist the successful candidate in carrying out these responsibilities:

5-7 years of corporate social responsibility / community investment experience

Passionate and knowledgeable about social impact

Experience implementing employee engagement and community investment programs

Experience planning and implementing large events / campaigns

Working knowledge of capital markets and the financial services industry

Exceptional relationship management and communications skills

Proficiency working with corporate giving/employee engagement software

Excellent budget management skills

Creative problem solver with ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Proven team player who is a self-starter and proactive

Proven project management skills

Bilingual (French) would be considered a strong asset
