We are seeking a dynamic

Manager - Clinics

to oversee administration and operations across all clinical locations in Alberta. This role is based in

Calgary

and requires travel to our

Edmonton

site. The Manager-Clinics will be responsible for overseeing and managing Clinical functions across C-health. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in team leadership and strategic business growth.

Responsibilities:



Provide strategic leadership to enhance operational excellence across all C-health clinics within the region. Ensure clinics align with corporate objectives, policies, and service standard to deliver high-quality patient care. Maintain and improve service delivery standards, meeting or exceeding patient and physician expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze clinic performance metrics and accountability reports, taking proactive measures to meet operational targets. Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including facilities management and human resources planning. Collaborate with physicians across the region and support recruitment efforts to expand clinical capacity. Physician Services - recruitment, onboarding, and engagement. In collaboration with University of Calgary and University of Alberta, manage the resident physicians roster and schedule at both Calgary and Edmonton sites. Manage staffing changes, including recruitment, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions. Evaluate and implement new service offerings to enhance patient care and clinic capabilities. Monitor patient satisfaction and implement corrective actions in response to feedback. Foster employee engagement through initiatives that support professional growth and development. Coach and mentor team members to enhance patient flow, reduce wait times, and optimize staff scheduling. Provide bi-weekly operational updates and present at senior management meetings, focusing on staffing, wait times, business development, and new initiatives. Coordinate with Senior Management to plan and launch new clinic locations within the region. Implement procedural, administrative, and organizational changes in line with corporate goals. Promote client-focused services by monitoring satisfaction and enabling leadership to address concerns and enhance service delivery. Inspire and guide clinic staff--including physicians, physician assistants, sub-contractors to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations. Implement quality objectives and initiatives by coordinating with Corporate Quality teams Help identify and recruit new physicians as required by working with corporate teams. Explore and initiate new collaborative projects with external funding agencies while maintaining existing relationships Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:



Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare sector Bachelor's degree or diploma in sciences, healthcare, or a related field Experience in endocrinology setting is considered an asset Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt in dynamic, client-focused environments Self-motivated and thrives in entrepreneurial and fast-paced settings Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and build trust Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sincerity in all interactions Strong leadership presence with a track record of reliability and adaptability Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and service excellence Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities Willingness to travel as required within Alberta & Ontario.
