As the Manager, Business Portfolio Management you will support the financial tracking and reporting for Commercial Operations aligning business savings and cost to the overall portfolio. The Senior Manager will work across Commercial Operations and partner teams to highlight the results of rapid, scalable, client focused and resilient solutions that support the dynamic growth of our business while delivering efficiencies within the space.
What will you do?
Support in the delivery of all financial tracking and reporting for Commercial Operations while driving efficiencies and reduction of overall risk
Deliver on reporting of FTE, cost savings, budgets and planning to ensure targets are adhered to
Liaises with Finance to drive consistency and alignment in forecasting and reporting
Anticipate and plan for process integration opportunities that support business objectives.
Maintain contact with stakeholders to ensure their expectations are clarified, understood and met.
Design processes and workflow that maximize efficiency and comply with regulatory, audit and finance requirements.
Drive improvement to the reporting lifecycle, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance quality
What do you need?
Must-have
Experience in Finance, financial tracking and executive reporting
Strong ability to collect, analyze and interpret large complex data sets to find patterns and draw actionable conclusions
Strategic thinking and the ability to align metrics to strategic objectives to measure progress against business outcomes
Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Nice-to-have
Experience in Commercial Operations / Operational Data & Systems
Experience with Agile
