Infosys is seeking a Product Manager - Business Program Management.This position Strategize, Define Product Roadmap, lead Product discussions, guide and review Release Plans, Lead Innovation and Market Analysis, Consolidate Product ideas, identify potential partners in both Product and Technology landscape, collaborate with Marketing Department to create Product collaterals, review Product documents, measure and track Product adoption and user feedback, contribute to Brand enhancement with an objective to ensure value visibility of products amongst customers WITHIN guidelines and norms of Infosys.
Understand Customer business, opportunities and, challenges, Diagnose scenarios, Design Solutions and Facilitate solution execution and deployment, Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to the customer WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
Engage Business Stakeholders and Leadership, Support creation of Business Case for Products, Support Marketing team with Inputs on Product, Support Definition, Tracking and presenting Business KPI to Executive Board
With Infosys organization/ unit and internal teams - work with leading clients ad prospects, define their product strategy to help them to win in the market. Identifying new opportunities, assesses the company\'s product performance, and help develop its long-term strategic plans for future product lines. Collaborate with multiple teams, create effective product roadmaps and release plans, identify potential collaboration partners for both product and technology, collaborate with marketing teams to create collaterals, review product documents, and contribute to brand enhancement with the objective of maximizing adoption amongst target customers. Communicate with various people and teams who are internal and external stakeholders for Infosys. Build a strong working relationship with the development, sales, and support teams along with Business Stakeholders. Knowledge of the Consumer Retail and Logistics domain is essential to identify and understanding customer landscape. Contribute to unit-level and organizational thought leadership initiatives, providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
