About the role

This strategic role consists of assuming the leadership of resources and mandates related to brand, mass marketing and content strategy at the national level. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the various advertising, promotional, content and sponsorship projects that will allow the brand to achieve its business objectives. By working closely with the various internal teams, he/she will play a key role in developing business plans and go-to-market strategies for all our priority markets and direct distribution brands (belairdirect, National Bank Insurance and Johnson). The chosen candidate will have to demonstrate leadership and be an effective manager for his team.
This position reports directly to the Senior Marketing Director Direct Distribution
