Job Responsibilities  
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring daily progress, alignment, and delivery quality
Ensure consistency in coding standards, documentation, observability, and CI/CD pipelines across all automation projects.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation projects -- from development to testing, deployment, and production handoff
Collaborate with Strategic Analytics leadership and business units to translate AI/automation concepts into executable technical designs
Contribute and promote evolving best standards and practices
Required Skills/Experience  
3+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or data integration, with at least 1+ year in a management or lead role
Proven experience working with offshore development teams and managing distributed delivery models
Strong technical foundation in Python, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and APIs/microservices
Desired Skills/Experience  
Exposure to MLOps frameworks and model serving
Strong understanding of business process automation and intelligent document processing.
Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills
Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, and data orchestration frameworks is a plus
Strong data manipulation skills for analytics
Resilient problem solving and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Prior experience in P&C insurance, analytics, or automation delivery preferred
  
Education  
College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent

Position is incentive eligible.Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
