Looking to join a collaborative public accounting firm where you'll work closely with partners and lead your own engagement teams from start to finish? We're currently seeking a

Manager

to join a supportive, growth-focused team that values mentorship, leadership, and technical excellence.


In this role, you'll oversee a variety of client files, coach junior staff, and build strong client relationships--all while helping shape the next generation of accountants.

What You'll Be Doing:




Lead and manage assurance engagements (audits and reviews) under ASPE or IFRS Oversee compilation engagements (NTRs), including excise and information returns Review corporate, personal, and trust tax filings with a focus on compliance and planning Work directly with clients to understand their needs, risks, and opportunities for added value Plan and monitor engagement timelines, budgets, and billing Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to junior staff Collaborate with partners on complex accounting and tax planning strategies

What We're Looking For:




CPA designation, with 5-7 years of relevant public accounting experience Strong technical background in audit, tax compliance, and ASPE standards Experience managing client portfolios and leading engagement teams Proficiency in CaseWare, CaseView, Taxprep, and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset * A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing junior staff
