Manager - Assurance

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in small to mid-sized public accounting firms who are confident and skilled in serving as an experienced senior or Manager on engagement teams. Significant consideration will also be given to candidates with proven experience in completing review and compilation engagements.

The ideal candidate will bring the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Experience:

5-6 years of public accounting experience, ideally in a small to mid-sized firm. CPAs and/or CPA candidates preferred.

Technical Expertise:

Confidence in preparing review and compilation engagements, with hands-on experience in financial statement preparation and corporate income tax returns.

Software Proficiency:

Familiarity with CaseWare, Jazzit working papers, TaxCycle, CCH iFirm, and Microsoft Office.

Mentorship Skills:

A passion for supporting the development of junior team members.

Communication:

Strong written and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and team members.
In this role, you will complete a variety of file engagements while building strong client relationships through a proactive approach, exceptional project management, and advanced technical skills in accounting and tax.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
