Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing front desk responsibilities, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties



Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Provide support to dental receptionists in scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and workflow. Handle correspondence and communication with clients in a professional manner.

Experience



Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, particularly in roles involving front desk duties or customer service. Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not mandatory. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including QuickBooks and standard office programs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
