Job Description

In this role, you will oversee, and coordinate business process initiatives aimed at identifying, documenting, analyzing, and improving complex processes to enhance quality, service, and operational efficiency, delivering significant business and financial benefits. These initiatives may include implementing new technologies, programs, or processes. You may also lead or supervise a team of Business Process Improvement Specialists while managing multiple medium- to large-scale projects.


A key responsibility is ensuring a seamless advisor workflow across the enterprise (Bank, Insurance, Wealth)--practice-first and platform-agnostic--by setting component standards and priorities that enable growth strategies to run quickly, reliably, and measurably.


This position reports to the AVP, Growth & Business Enablement and partners closely with Delivery/Platform, Strategic Growth, Risk/Legal, Finance/Data, Brand/Field, and Wealth & Insurance technology/product teams.


Position Responsibilities:



Own, build and maintain a backlog enabling priority growth plays; sequence work for a unified advisor journey. Build practice roadmap and requirements into in-flow UX patterns and event models; ensure routing/status/offer consistency with Bank & other BUs. Work with cross functional teams (delivery, tech, sales, product) to inform and influence releases. Prepare executive decision briefs to drive prioritization

What you will own



Enterprise practice map (external advisor workflow) and internal capability alignment (pricing, comp, eligibility, Advisor Portal/CRM). Component standards & acceptance criteria for Worklist, Task, Case, Offer, Docs, Notifications, incl. instrumentation and performance budgets. Intake & prioritization for platform requests.

Required Qualifications:



7+ years Advisor Practice Management

Preferred Qualifications:



Platform/CRM product leadership Align Delivery, Risk/Legal, and Finance/Data around advisor practice-first outcomes Experience in Financial Industry, preferably with HNW segments (Wealth, Insurance, Private Banking)

Salary range is expected to be between



$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
