THE ROLE:



The role of

Management Systems Coordinator

supports Denison's Environment, Sustainability and Regulatory (ESR) team and is responsible for ensuring the Wheeler River Project is compliant with regulatory requirements and will include reviewing, analysing and trending ESR data to report key findings and drive continuous improvement. This role will be based in the Saskatoon office with 30-40% of the time spent at site once construction begins.

You are detail-oriented, organized, and bring strong attention to detail and analytical skills to the team. You can work both independently and collaboratively. Additional qualifications include:

Post secondary education in a science and/or administration discipline Three or more year's experience in document management, document control and data analysis Excellent analytical skills Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports and presentations Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint and other office software Demonstrated ability to publicly present information to internal teams Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Familiarity with relevant regulations (federal and provincial) and standards such as ISO 9001/14001/45001 and CSA N286 is an asset

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:



Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the Management System in accordance with regulatory requirements, corporate requirements and the needs of the Wheeler River Project Interpret data and metrics to propel continual improvement opportunities and operational performance of:
Dashboards and Reports

Development of visual communication

Delivery of training and information sessions on the Management System

Assist in the management of non-conformance investigation, follow-up and data management process Administration and control of Management System documents Maintain regulatory records, correspondence, and document library Track internal actions, regulatory commitments and obligations Prepare concise summary reports with key findings to management Participate and lead internal Management System audits and ensure that it is subject to management review Comply with all Denison health, safety, environmental policies and procedures
