On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.The role: Major Account Executive - GTA
Location: Toronto Based (hybrid model: 1-2 days per week)Our client provides turnkey submetering and utility expense management services to property managers, building owners and developers across Canada. The organization is unique in its ability to provide energy consumption transparency and accountability to its customers.The Major Account Executive will be responsible for independently managing the sales of submetering services to developers, property owners, property management companies and condo corporations in the multi-residential and commercial markets.Compensation:

• Broad base range of $80-$90k+ with a range above, dependent on experience and interview performance
• First year on target overall earnings of $150k+
• Draw on commissions for first 6 months
• Average year 2 and beyond earnings are $200k+
• All vehicle costs are able to be expensed
• 3 weeks of vacation to start

Requirements:

• 3-5 Year experience outside sales, utilities/sub-metering experience a plus
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
• Business Administration Certificate or similar
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Can create and maintain key partnerships between internal departments and external clients at all levels
