Job Description


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Worker to support our client in Victoria, BC. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of their equipment and machinery.Position: Maintenance Worker
Hours of Work: 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM
Location: Victoria, BCAdvantages

  • Weekly pay of $20/hour
  • Start immediately

Responsibilities
  • Grease and oil (lubricate) wheels (zerk fittings) on horizontal carousels
  • Assist with checking and maintaining conveyor systems to ensure smooth operation
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Identify and report any potential issues or required repairs to the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of machinery and tools
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Steel-toed boots are mandatory for safety reasons
