Job Description
5th Class Power Engineer Certificate.
Summary of the job description
, it may include but not limited to:Attending service requests: Building and apartment maintenance, including small repairs with some knowledge of carpentry, drywall repair, flooring, plumbing, understanding and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including appliances.
Performing operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems including HVAC, boiler, emergency generator, and fire life safety systems,
Basic maintenance of the boiler heating system.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
Using of hand and power tools, able to read blueprints and maintenance manuals.
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Taking care of the garbage room and garbage bins.
Clearing of snow from all the entrances of the building and sidewalks.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Purchasing materials.
Assist with the inspection reports and documentation.
And any other task that may be related to this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
