Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with experience working on a team and managing various maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications. Apply electrical knowledge to diagnose and fix electrical issues within the facility. Read and interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting equipment problems. Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment for all employees. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.

Experience

Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Proficient in welding techniques and electrical systems maintenance. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
