Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crack filling, painting, and general maintenance tasks, assisting with various property upkeep duties.
Duties
Perform crack filling and painting with attention to detail Assist with general maintenance (e.g., minor repairs) Occasional physically demanding tasks required Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Able to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license, a cellular phone availability & reliable transportation
