The Opportunity We're looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team and help keep our residential multifamily properties in top condition. Reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator/Manager, you'll handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and seasonal upkeep while delivering excellent service to our residents. What You'll Do
Perform routine inspections and basic repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural).
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Assist with preventative and seasonal maintenance programs.
Coordinate work orders, vendors, and inventory.
Maintain accurate digital records of all maintenance activities.
Interact professionally with residents to ensure satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Experience in residential property maintenance and repairs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with digital work order systems and inventory management.
