About The Role:

As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for performing both preventative and reactive maintenance across our manufacturing facility. This includes work on chemical processing systems as well as automated/manual bottling and packaging lines. You will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, and ensuring safe operations across both shifts. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to machine faults to support uninterrupted production. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, including start-up and operational failures while ensuring that safety and quality standards are met Analyze machine-related problems, provide technical guidance and take the appropriate corrective measures to minimize downtime Perform machine adjustments, minor repairs, and routine maintenance on all production equipment. Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce costs, or enhance safety. Maintain inventory records for tools, parts, and supplies. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol Execute planned maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations Support external contractors performing facility maintenance as required. Participate in root cause analysis and failure investigations to improve long-term reliability Communicate clearly (verbally and written) across all shifts to ensure smooth operation and handovers. Perform other duties as required to support the organization's goals and operations.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably with automation systems. Strong working knowledge of sensors, motors, electronics, machine controls, and industrial software. Experience with PET bottle blow molding, packaging lines, and PLC programming is considered a strong asset. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing technologies, processes, and production environments. Flexible and available for all shifts, including occasional weekend work. Team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Coachable, professional, approachable, and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Schedule:



Monday to Friday Occasional mandatory weekend maintenance (Saturday/Sunday) Steady Midnight but must be available to work on all shifts as required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
