Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with the ability to fabricate and weld as needed. If you have experience with CMMS, supervising, and possess excellent English communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing and electrical and small renovations
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Fabricate parts as necessary
- Drilling, cutting and other tasks as required
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Supervise maintenance staff when needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Experience with logic controllers and schematics
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts
- Strong communication skills in English
