Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, HVAC systems, painting, drywall and other tasks as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and address their maintenance concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
