experienced Maintenance Technician.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of facility equipment and systems. This role ensures that the building and equipment are in safe, working order and complies with health, safety, and quality standards. The technician will perform tasks related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, machinery, and other equipment repairs or replacements, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Routine Maintenance
:
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment, machinery, and systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and within safety guidelines.
Perform general building maintenance - renovation and repairs on interior building structure
Monitor the performance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to detect issues before they become significant problems.
Repairs and Troubleshooting
:
Diagnose and repair malfunctions in equipment, machinery, and systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Replace worn-out or broken components such as belts, motors, switches, and other parts.
System Installation and Upgrades
:
Assist with the installation, upgrading, and testing of new equipment and machinery.
Ensure that installations meet safety and regulatory standards.
Record Keeping and Reporting
:
Maintain accurate logs of completed maintenance work and inventory levels for equipment and supplies.
Submit detailed reports on completed work orders, broken equipment, and overall system performance.
Safety and Compliance
:
Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines when performing maintenance tasks.
Conduct safety checks to ensure the workplace complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Respond to emergency repair requests as needed, including after-hours or weekend emergencies.
Participate in on-call rotations if applicable.

: Keep all the machines maintained properly in order to reduce machine downtime
Traceability
: Keep manual, maintenance record and other machine related documents saved in designated location
Customer Service
: Responds fast and timely manner to maintenance call from production team in order to minimize machine downtime.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical certification in maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or related field preferred.
Experience
:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a similar technical role.
Hands-on experience with machine maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general facility upkeep is a plus.
Skills
:
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and maintenance software.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Ability to work in fast paced work environment

HVAC Technician Certification
Electrical Certification
OSHA Safety Certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Standing, walking, and climbing ladders for extended periods
Work in varying temperatures and environments
Additional Information
Some after-hours or weekend work may be required.
A valid driver's license may be required, depending on job location.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
