About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our resort facilities. From regular inspections and preventative maintenance to urgent repairs, your work will directly contribute to creating a seamless experience for our guests and staff.



You will collaborate with a supportive team, communicate with different departments, and help maintain the high standards CEM Resorts is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, utilities, and building systems. Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility upkeep. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests. Ensure all equipment and systems follow safety regulations and company standards. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and inventory. Support seasonal and emergency maintenance tasks as needed. Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to identify improvements and reduce downtime.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related trade. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize work orders. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Certifications in HVAC, electrical work, or building maintenance are an asset.
