The Position:

RW Consumer Products is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our Blowmolding machines and filling lines, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality production.

Shift Hours: 7am - 3pm

Location: St. Albert, AB

Responsibilities:

Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on blow molding equipment and filling lines. Perform mold changes and adjust machine programming to improve production efficiency. Assemble, dismantle, and install machinery and equipment as required. Use precision tools to align and calibrate equipment for peak performance. Inspect, lubricate, and replace worn or defective components to ensure proper operation. Work closely with the production team to reduce downtime and maximize productivity. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Participate in the scheduled on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance position, ideally within a manufacturing setting. In-depth knowledge of blow molding and filling line equipment is a strong asset. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Skilled in the safe and effective use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Exceptional troubleshooting ability and keen attention to detail. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:

Must have the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. The ideal candidate will value teamwork and enjoy a supportive work environment, complemented by a competitive compensation and benefits package.
