About Us

We are a reputable property management company seeking a

skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician

to help maintain the quality and functionality of our residential buildings in Sherwood Park. If you take pride in problem-solving, hands-on work, and working independently, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:

Plumbing

(toilets, sinks, etc.)

Electrical

(outlets, switches, lighting)

HVAC

systems (basic troubleshooting)

Drywall, painting, and minor renovations

Appliance repairs and installations

Assist with snow removal and seasonal upkeep Coordinate with and supervise trades when needed Complete work orders in a timely, professional manner Maintain site inventory and order supplies per company policy Keep records of maintenance and repair work Ensure a safe and clean working environment

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience

Solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to provide a current

police clearance certificate

immediately and when requested thereafter Available for occasional

evenings or weekends

in case of emergency This a permanent, full-time role. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
