The Role

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our equipment running smoothly, minimize downtime, and support a safe, efficient production environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines, plant systems, and supporting equipment.

You'll work closely with our Operations Manager to prioritize tasks, plan maintenance around production schedules, and ensure safety and efficiency in everything you do. Weekend work may occasionally be required, with flex time provided during the week.

What You'll Do

Install new equipment and perform routine and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines (IMM), dryers, thermolators/TCUs, chillers, compressors, conveyors, and auxiliary equipment. Build, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs across production machinery, forklifts, and plant systems, keeping programs current. Inspect equipment, investigate irregularities, and complete repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Lead breakdown analyses and implement preventative actions to eliminate recurring issues. Maintain spare parts, tools, and supply inventory, place purchase orders, and coordinate external contractors for specialized plant equipment such as HVAC and forklifts. Ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities and keep work areas and the parts room clean, tidy, and hazard-free. Take ownership of building and facility maintenance, completing smaller tasks directly and coordinating outside vendors for larger or specialized work. Occasionally perform weekend or off-hours work for maintenance best done during production downtime, with a weekday flex. (Optional for higher pay range) Provide PLC troubleshooting and basic programming support, and work with automation/robotics vendors when needed.

What You Bring

3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Journeyperson Electrician or Millwright (Red Seal), or equivalent technical/engineering background. Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills. Solid problem-solving and communication abilities. PLC/programming skills or injection molding experience = top of pay range ($45-$47/hr).
