Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Maintenance Technician

to join our team in Montreal. This is a

night shift role

requiring a valid

C License in Electricity

and strong hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. The successful candidate will support our operations by ensuring all equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Work Schedule:

Night shift:

Sunday night to Friday morning, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Initial training: Approximately 3 months on the day shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

Education & Experience (Required):

College diploma (DEC) in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or equivalent qualification.

Valid C License in Electricity (mandatory).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Multicrafting professional with experience in welding, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team. Safety-conscious with excellent attention to detail.
