Job Summary

We are seeking an HVAC maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations. This role requires mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. Experience is an asset but not necessary training will be provided.

Duties

Preventative maintenance Perform scheduled PMs on furnaces, ac, water heaters, ventilation systems and RTUs Change filters, belts and pulleys; lubricate moving parts, clean coils, drain lines and burners Inspect electrical connections, relays, contactors, capacitors, motors and controls. Troubleshooting and repair Diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigeration issues using meters, gauges and diagnostic tools. Communicate findings, options and costs clearly to homeowners. Maintenance service vehicle stock and tools; keep work area clean and orderly.

Qualifications

2-5 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience would be an asset Strong mechanical knowledge Technical skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
