The successful candidate will be able to perform a variety of operations to maintain CNC machines and oversee the maintenance of the whole facility. This individual should have 5-7 years of CNC or comparable maintenance experience.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and service CNC Machining equipment and perform general machine repairs Familiar with Controls such as Fanuc and Siemens controls Perform preventative and predictive maintenance including daily oil, grease and filter checks, top ups and replacements. Perform facility repairs and general maintenance including lights changes outdoor repairs and maintenance Control maintenance tools, equipment Understand the health and safety act and regulations
Work Conditions
Reports to Maintenance Technician Supervisor Physically capable of machine repair in a machine shop environment. Safety equipment, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc. Overtime as required.
Requirements
High school diploma, completion of applicable trade school, or an equivalent related experience. Certified Millwright preferred Experience with machining as it relates to machine tool capabilities and requirements Trouble shooting and repair capabilities in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical Strong attention to detail. * Strong work ethic
