What You'll Get to Do

The Maintenance Technician is focused on installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing equipment / machinery to ensure safe, efficient operations and reports to the

Maintenance Manager.

Job responsibilities include:

Diagnose machinery issues and perform all necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality. Execute routine and preventive maintenance tasks accurately, including documentation and adherence to preventive maintenance programs (e.g., Emaint). Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing problems efficiently. Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe condition while supporting a safety-first culture. Assist with non-electrical operational tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

What We Are Looking For

Certified Red Seal. Certified Electrician/Journeyperson with the ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical code specifications. 2 + years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, along with strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Solid work ethic with the ability to work under tight deadlines, rotating shifts, and weekends while maintaining efficiency and safety.
