JOB OVERVIEW:
We have a great opportunity for a reliable and customer service-focused individual to join our Building Maintenance team in creating safe and welcoming environments for our clients and their customers.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CREDENTIALS:
Experience in fixture installation & repair; painting - interior & exterior; drywall installation & repair; flooring installation & repair - vinyl composite and ceramic tiles as well as Marmoleum Experience in asphalt and concrete repairs Safe work practices are non-negotiable Reliability and consistency are required for success Pay based on experience and skill Willing to train the right individual Must be eligible to work in Canada Ability to work across Kingston and the surrounding area; company vehicle provided Personal tools required * Be sure to send your resume or a detailed list of your current work experience
