BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

(Minor Plumbing & Drain Unclogging)

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Position: Building Maintenance Technician

Employment Type: Full-time / On-call

We are seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Technician to support residential apartment buildings in Edmonton, with a focus on minor plumbing repairs and drain unclogging.

Key Responsibilities:

Unclogging sinks, toilets, tubs, and floor drains Handling minor drain blockages (no major sewer work) Replacing faucets, traps, shut-off valves, and small plumbing components Performing general handyman repairs in suites and common areas Responding to tenant maintenance requests and minor emergency calls Following Alberta safety standards and property procedure
Requirements:

Experience in residential building maintenance (Edmonton/Alberta experience is an asset) Basic plumbing skills (minor repairs only) Ability to work independently in occupied buildings Professional and respectful communication with tenants Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites (asset)
