Propell is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Maintenance Technician to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment and facilities to ensure safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing operations. The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in minimizing downtime, supporting production and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include:



Maintenance & Repairs



Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and facilities to minimize unplanned downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues and complete repairs in accordance with company standards. Assist skilled trades with mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance tasks as required. Follow manufacturer manuals, drawings, specifications, and company work instructions. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reliability and efficiency.

Operational Support



Communicate maintenance progress, equipment status, and issues to operations and management. Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other departments to minimize disruption. Support facility improvements, expansions, and efficiency projects. Assist with tracking maintenance metrics such as preventive maintenance compliance and asset performance.

Inventory & Documentation



Monitor spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies and report shortages Maintain and update maintenance operating procedures and training manuals as directed Ensure tools and materials are available to support production requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
