About the Role



We are looking for a skilled

Maintenance Technician

to join our team full-time. This hands-on position is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional with experience supporting high-precision production environments. You'll play a key role in keeping equipment and systems running efficiently, with a focus on reliability, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities



Technical & Operational Duties:



Perform repairs, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance on production machinery across multiple product lines. Identify and recommend enhancements to existing equipment or process designs. Manage basic purchasing functions, including creating and tracking purchase orders and receiving parts or materials. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and document results accurately. Rebuild or refurbish components such as pumps, bearings, and drives to ensure optimal performance. Operate forklifts and assist with light general tasks as required. Support fabrication and assembly work when needed.

Collaboration & Communication:



Work proactively with supervisors and management to prevent equipment downtime. Prioritize daily tasks based on direction from leadership. Communicate effectively with peers and management regarding maintenance progress, observations, and improvement ideas.

Qualifications & Experience



Completion of a recognized Technician or Technologist program, or equivalent apprenticeship/training. Proven experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving ability.

Pay: $40.00-$42.00 per hour
