For our plant in Windsor we are looking for a

Maintenance Technician 1


3rd or 4th year apprentice for Licensed 442a ; please find the attached job description for the position.
Below you will also find our scope of required work services. We are looking for a trained and experienced Electrician with Automotive Manufacturing experience that can hit the floor running. We are looking for a motivated individual that is available to start within the next week. Please CC all on this email with potential candidates.
Scope of work services

  • Full time direct hire status
  • Hourly rate of pay ? $34.29 per hour ? per Collective Bargaining Agreement ? Overtime Time @ 1.5 rate over 8 hours per day/40 hours per week, double time pay for Sunday and holidays
  • Hours of work services ? full time Monday through Friday supporting 3 shift operations; Saturday and overtime required based on customer service support needs
  • Good clean and safe working environment
  • Start time, ASAP this week
  • Request up to 3 top candidates if available

Applicant must possess the following experience and abilities;
  • Preferred postsecondary education; minimum 1-5 years? working experience within an industrial establishment preferably automotive
  • Must possess skills in dealing with trouble shooting and with strong knowledge in PLC programming along with ABB Robotic experience
  • General Maintenance duties and mechanical repair skills required ? requiring skills for trouble shooting
  • Good organizational and people skills - Strong communication (verbal and written) - Good problem solving skills - Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced Unionized work environment
