Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated hands on and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our Retirement Home and ensure its efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance management, with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement within the Retirement environment. The successful will be required to keep maintenance logs, and prioritize scheduled maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

Lead the Environmental team daily operations Manage maintenance and housekeeping and prioritize work orders Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of the retirement home Conduct regular inspections of the home to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance strategies Collaborate with the General Manager to support home Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance documentation

Experience

Proven management experience in a Retirement Home management Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical systems, and high voltage application is required Familiarity with project management principles related to maintenance operations. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Experience using tools Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
