Schedule: Rotating shifts, overtime as required

As our next Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of managing resources to successfully complete all required maintenance activities. Your expertise in leadership, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement will be crucial in supporting production requirements and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

What You'll Be Doing:Ensure shift support teams are fully qualified to maintain production requirements Review monthly performance metrics and implement performance management actions Implement and maintain the work order system and electronic maintenance management system Purchase maintenance supplies and obtain quotations for facility/equipment repairs or improvements Provide input into equipment maintenance, repair, and purchase decisions Support engineering projects with technical expertise Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Adhere to Johnson Electric's policies, safety, and environmental practices Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and the Quality Management System Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry Skilled Tradesperson (Millwright, Machinist, or Electrician certification preferred) Technologist or Engineering post-secondary education and relevant experience will be considered Experience with metal forming, pressing, machining, and automation equipment Strong time management and organizational skills Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Computer literacy across multiple applications Excellent leadership, team building, motivational, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication at all organizational levels High integrity, dependability, and results orientation

Bonus Points If You Have:Proven experience managing external contractors for facility and equipment projects Knowledge of facility contracts and cost optimization strategies
