Maintenance of Way (MOW) Planner

We are looking for a Maintenance of Way (MOW) Planner in Saint John, N.B.
Responsibilities
- Manage MOW equipment parts inventory, including scheduling and tracking cycle counts and year-end counts, etc.
- Working closely with our Materials/Parts Receiver and our Engineering team on daily/weekly sign outs for operational maintenance, and projects
- Tracking parts/material orders and communicating weekly updates on ETA\'s, troubleshooting issues/delays and creating/forecasting work priorities
- Lead coordination with internal departments to minimize delays on the track
- Create, maintain, and complete detailed work orders for MOW and MOW Mechanical repairs
- Main point of contact for scheduling equipment/crews and ordering material/parts.
Requirements
- Track experience required
- Willingness to learn the JD Edwards system
- Strong communication and organization skills
