Summary
We are seeking a
dynamic and highly motivated Maintenance Millwright
with more than 5 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with hands-on CNC experience and a desire to expand their skills in a supportive environment with career growth potential.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machinery, production equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues across all production areas.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance following established schedules, updating records and checklists to reflect completed work.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance machine reliability, performance, and energy efficiency.
Assist in the integration of new technologies and equipment upgrades to improve manufacturing productivity and quality.
Monitor machine performance trends and proactively identify potential failures or process inefficiencies.
Report maintenance activities and production impacts to supervision and propose effective corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
Self-starter
Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) or equivalent qualification. (Preferred)
Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, including lathes, milling machines, and related systems.
Proficient with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
Working understanding of basic electrical systems and controls.
Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive, analytical approach to equipment reliability.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
