.About the Role:
As a Maintenance Mechanic at Woodbridge Pallet, you'll play a key role in keeping our production equipment running safely and efficiently. From performing routine maintenance to troubleshooting and repairing machinery, your hands-on expertise will help minimize downtime and support a smooth manufacturing process in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Maintain saws, nailing machines, conveyors & more Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & basic electrical issues Weld & fabricate for equipment repairs/mods Service forklifts & material handling gear Perform building repairs & support installations Follow all safety procedures including LOTO Keep accurate maintenance records & manage spare parts inventory
What You Bring
3 plus year's experience in manufacturing, sawmills, or pallet/wood processing preferred Strong mechanical knowledge
Physically fit for a dusty, fast-paced setting Team player with strong problem-solving skills Available for afternoon shifts + emergency repairs
What We Offer
$24-$26/hour + overtime-depending on experience 44 hours/week | Mon-Fri, afternoon shifts with occasional weekends Full benefits: dental, vision, extended health
