We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Maintenance Mechanic

to join our dynamic team of machinists, electricians, and PLC technicians. In this role, you will play a key part in installing, maintaining, and optimizing our manufacturing equipment while supporting our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Install, align, and level new machinery, including automation systems, air compressors, and nitrogen generation equipment. Maintain and repair CNC production equipment, motors, hand tools, and assembly machinery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including:

309A Electricians

PLC Technicians

Mechanical Engineers

Maintenance Mechanics

Construction Crew

Perform rigging, welding, and fabrication as needed. Oversee maintenance of

450kW generators

and pump houses. Assist in building and optimizing production lines and workstations. Adhere to

preventive maintenance schedules

and ensure compliance with

safety protocols

.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance/manufacturing environment. Strong

troubleshooting and problem-solving

abilities. Ability to work

independently and collaboratively

under tight deadlines. Excellent

communication and teamwork

skills.
