Taches principales et Responsabilites:

Les taches suivantes sont realisees dans le respect des regles de conformite, de sante-securite-environnement et des processus d'affaire applicables :

Effectue la maintenance et l'entretien interieur et exterieur des batiments du site pour l'usage approprie dans le respect des normes applicables et des Bonnes pratiques de fabrication.



Effectue des taches de maintenance et d'entretien tels que travaux plomberie, gestion des extincteurs et systeme de protection incendie.



Execute, gerer et coordonner les travaux de peinture, les reparations mineures aux murs, portes, plafonds et fenetres, remplacement des tuiles de plafond.



Gestion de l'inventaire des cles et de la serrurerie.



Assiste le personnel technique de maintenance dans leurs taches.

Administre les activites faites par les contracteurs :

controle d'acces, surveille les prestations, revues de prestation et des rapports produits.



Procede a l'achat d'accessoires et equipements divers relatifs a la maitenance et l'entretein des batiments.



Suivre les procedure en place sur le contole parasitaire.



Suivre les procedures en place sur la gestion des installations.



Participe activement au programme d'amelioration continue.



Agit en leader en utilisant des outils d'amelioration et evaluant les activites a valeur ajoutee.



Avise son superviseur de possibilites d'amelioration de ses methodes de travail.



Participe a l'amelioration continue en identifiant des solutions et en les implantant.



Supporter les activites et lescorrectifs lies a la securite des installations et dupersonnel.

Connaissances et habiletes:

Aptitudes pour le travailler en equipe et facilite dans les relations interpersonnelles.



Sens de l'organisation dans l'organisation des priorites et dans l'execution de taches manuelles.



Habiletes de communication parlee et ecrite.



Bilinguisme fonctionnel (Francais/ anglais).



Familier avec les logiciels d'entretien informatises et ceux de bureautique (Microsoft Office, CMMS).
