Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in HVAC systems, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and facilities management. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Oversee the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot issues related to electrical and mechanical systems. Coordinate with project management teams on maintenance-related projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Provide training and support to team members on best practices for maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices. Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical systems, high voltage, low voltage, and general facilities management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Strong project management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality outcomes. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Experience using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics is preferred. Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
