Maintenance Manager - Industrial
Location: Hamilton, ON
Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 per year + annual bonus
Benefits: Full benefits after 3 months + pension plan
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all plant maintenance operations, equipment reliability, and a team of skilled trades professionals. What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and manage a team of skilled trades and maintenance technicians
• Develop and execute preventative and corrective maintenance programs
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations
• Manage maintenance budgets, cost controls, and spare parts inventory
• Work with vendors and contractors for equipment support and repair services
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and KPIs
• Partner with Production, Quality, and H&S to ensure smooth plant operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost uptime and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
• Strong mechanical and electrical background
• Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and maintenance programs
• Experience in steel, metal fabrication, or industrial manufacturing is preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
