Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the evaluation, planning, organization, and execution of MHG's Maintenance Program, supporting all locations within the Hotel and Restaurant Divisions. Reporting to the Chief Restaurant Officer (CRO), this role leads a team of maintenance professionals and partners closely with location leadership teams to ensure facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operating at peak efficiency.
As a key operational leader, the Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in supporting MHG's operations to assist in enhancing the guest experience. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to solve complex problems, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across diverse teams.
