Introduction If you enjoy working with your hands and solving mechanical and technical issues, troubleshooting sensors, controls, and complex industrial equipment, consider applying for the Alliance Door Products Maintenance and Equipment Manager position. The maintenance and equipment manager will oversee all door production equipment maintenance, ensuring that the equipment is running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities will include installing and upgrading machines and equipment, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of existing systems, implementing solutions to vulnerable or problem areas, developing and implementing a preventative maintenance program.
Role: The Maintenance and Equipment Manager will be responsible for the daily on demand maintenance and all preventative maintenance of door manufacturing equipment at the various Alliance Branches. The Maintenance and Equipment manager will also have input and oversight of the Safety Programs in conjunction with the Operations Directors for each Branch. Oversight of the Safety program will include but not be limited to machine operator training and documentation, LOTO, industrial lift truck safety and general safety on the production floor.
