Job Purpose The Maintenance Technician II performs intermediate-level maintenance and repair tasks. This position requires some specialized knowledge and is responsible for more complex tasks than those performed by entry-level technicians.

Duties

Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs on equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues. Perform intermediate-level repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks. Assist in training and guiding Maintenance Technician I employees. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in various maintenance tasks, ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.
